Cissus amazonica is a tropical climber in the grape family native to the Brazilian Amazon rainforest. It grows beautifully climbing in terrariums or areas of increased humidity and makes a lovely hanging house plant. Cissus amazonica produce sugary like secretions called cystoliths on the underside of the leaves and stems, these are sometimes mistaken for pests/disease but are perfectly normal and not harmful to the plant at all.
