Parcels are dispatched from Royal Mail depot on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday as the depots are still closed on Wednesday due to the pandemic. We try to not post on a Friday to avoid weekend delays.


Postage is a flat rate of £5.50 per order or £7.50 with heat pack.

Free Delivery when you spend £65 or over.

All plants are sent Royal Mail First Class where possible. We also use Parcelforce, DPD and DHL. We only use couriers we trust to handle our plants with care and deliver them promptly.

We are currently experiencing high demand, as are Royal Mail and other couriers. While we aim to get your parcels dispatched within 48 hours of receiving payment we ask you to please bear with us if there are minor delays in this time.
We are currently operating at up to a 7 day turnaround.
We have a high standard of quality control and only ever post out plants we ourselves would be happy to receive.
Biodegradeable or recycled packaging materials are used where possible and we encourage our customers to also reuse and recycle them.

While we package with extra insulation for colder temperatures in winter months we recommend you purchase postage with a heat pack if there is any risk of frost or low temperatures. Any cold damage incurred will not be compensated for unless a heat pack was sent with the order.
Great care is taken in the packaging of your plants to ensure they reach you in the best condition possible. Plants are living beings and will sometimes have minor superficial damage to thier leaves, much in the same way you have scars and brusises it is common for plants to have similar minor defects. Due to thier fragile nature minor damage can occur in transit, this is to be expected when shipping live plants. In incredibly rare circumstances substantial damage may occur in transit. If there is anything wrong with your order please let us know within 48 hours of receipt by sending photographs of all issues to We will work with you to quickly rectify any issues. Refunds will only be given for substantial damage or if goods are returned in the same condition they were received.
