Postage is a flat rate of £8.00 however much you order.

To ensure safe delivery we take the utmost care in packaging our plants.

Plants are individually wrapped with tissue paper and then stronger paper/card and packed into boxes with wood wool shavings and recycled paper and/or cardboard.

In winter plants are sent well insulated to ensure they arrive in the best condition possible.

We use recycled materials where possible and encourage you to also recycle and reuse them.

Credit / debit cards & Apple Pay are processed by Stripe for guaranteed secure online payments.

We also accept payments made with Paypal.

When you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail. You will receive another e-mail when your order is dispatched with full tracking info if applicable.

Most orders are sent Royal Mail Tracked 24 however we may sometimes need to send First Class in which case exact tracking may not be available.

Orders can be collected from the shop at 41B Killigrew Street.
