Philodendron micans is a velvet leaved Philodendron that is often called Black-Gold Philodendron and is native to Central – South America. It has gorgeous heart shaped leaves that are generally quite dark in colour with tones of black, copper, pink and red. Philodendron micans is best grown as a climbing plant with a support although it will happily grow as a trailing indoor plant also.
Makes an excellent climber in terrariams and vivariums.
