Peperomia prostrata | String of Turtles

Family: Piperaceae

A cute little Peperomia whose leaves look exactly like turtle shells, hence the affectionate common name ‘String of Turtles’. This is a personal favourite of mine and one of our best selling plants. A must have for any house plant collection, Peperomia prostrata is easy to grow and does not require much water or light.

Perfect for a terrarium / vivarium as it loves high humidity and stays quite small as it climbs.

6cm pot.

Plants can trail up to 1m.
Do not over water. Appreciates good humidity.
Bright, indirect light. Avoid direct sun. Grows well in low light.
Well draining, sandy soil with a little bark chip.

£3.50
